Oba William King is The Poetic Storyteller, a phenomenal performer and showman. He brings stories, poetry, and cultural songs to life through his interactive, dynamic presentations.This night promises to be hilariously interactive, casually comfortable and wonderfully memorable! Join Oba and his guests, Mama Vivian Nunn (percussion) and T. Duggan (folk guitar).

There will be NO COVER CHARGE for this wonderful event, but we will "pass the hat" for Oba that evening.
**PLEASE NOTE**Seating in the Snug is very limited. Come early to reserve your seats, have a meal in our dining room, and then retire with your drinks to the coziness of the Snug for storytelling!!

Storytelling in the Snug with JOHN ALEXANDER WATLER
Belizean novelist, storyteller, folklorist and poet John Alexander Watlerfollows the traditions of West African griots who travel from village to village,keeping alive oral histories of their culture through stories, songs, poems and folklore.
